While my older kid was growing and in the process of weaning, I used to be paranoid if she would eat lesser than what I thought she should have. Also, as parents we are very concerned if our kids are getting the right amount of nutrients or not. Especially in their early years since these are the years that help build their foundations in every way.

Due to this, I would do a lot of experimentation with the different nutrients and recipes to keep the kiddos taste buds happy as well as try to maintain a balanced diet. This is a first in a series of posts related to Vitamins, which will cover the benefits of the vitamin, common foods that contain the vitamin, and some interesting recipes that worked with my kiddos 🙂

So will start the vitamin series with Vitamin A
