1. Coconut water mojito summer cooler
Coconut water is good source of sodium, riboflavin and calcium, and a very good source of magnesium, potassium and manganese. It tastes super refreshing as is but just to enhance the taste further and cool yourself even more, this mojito works wonders. Super simple to make with readily available ingredients.
Procedure – Squeeze ½ a lemon and add 4-5 mint leaves to this, Crush these along with the lemon juice to infuse the minty flavor. Take ¾ glass of coconut water and add this lemon and mint mixture to it. You may strain out the leaves or keep them in – however you like it. Add to this 2 tbs of honey and your summery cool, super simple, trendsetting drink is ready.
