Summers are when we are constantly thirsty and often end up drinking lots and lots of water. This in turn affects our appetite. Which in turn affects or nutrient intake. Wouldnβt it be nice if we were able to keep our body well hydrated along with providing essential nutrients too? Here are some summer coolers that will make sure you are super fit as well as refreshed this season.
Drinks like coconut water, sugarcane juice, buttermilk Β and lemonade are naturally cooling. Similarly, ingredients like cumin, basil seeds (Sabja), mint, rose, kokum, watermelons, citrus fruits and cucumbers make the body cool. So, a combination of these ingredients would surely give us super cool, trendsetting coolers that will not only hydrate but also ensure our nutrient content.
