Blend together 2 slices of apple, ½ beetroot, ½ carrot. Pass it through the strainer and the juice is ready. Ideally consuming it without sieving will give maximum benefit, but not everyone likes the texture if the pulp

Weight loss pineapple and ginger juice

Take 1 whole pineapple, 100 gms ginger, and 12 lemons. Remove the core of the pineapple and then blend the pineapple and ginger together. Strain this mixture to remove the pulp. Add the lemon juice to this strained mixture.

This concoction can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.  Take ¼ cup of this mixture and add ½ glass hot water and 1 tsp of honey and drink this every morning.

Do give fresh fruit and vegetable juices a try every morning and you will notice how visibly fresh and energized you are throughout the day

  1. Few weeks before my wedding I was totally tired and looking dull. My yoga instructor made me have ABC juice daily (as much as I disliked it) and it really madr me feel fresh as well as gave my skin a natural rouge. I swear by it 🙂
