    The first thing that comes to mind when someone mentions about including juices as part their diet is that the person is trying to lose weight. Another common reason for consuming juice is to serve as a cooler during hot summers.

    While these are the most common reasons for consuming juices, juices are very beneficial to assist in treatment of various ailments.

    Below is the list of ailments for which juice therapy is very beneficial. Juice therapy alone would not help in completely getting rid of the ailment especially if chronic. However, it definitely aids in treating the condition along with the primary treatment in use.
